1. License Grant

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and the Developer for the use of the Mobile Scanner mobile application (“Application”).

Subject to compliance with this Agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on a device you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
  • Rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Application
  • Use the Application for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Remove any proprietary notices

All intellectual property rights remain with the Developer.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The Application may offer optional subscription plans (monthly and yearly) to access premium features.

  • Payments are processed via Apple App Store
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
  • Pricing is shown before purchase and may vary by region
  • Users can manage or cancel subscriptions via Apple ID settings
  • Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and validate purchase status. RevenueCat may process anonymized purchase data to ensure proper access to premium features.

4. Ownership

The Application is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and intellectual property belong to the Developer.

5. Privacy and Data Handling

The Application does not collect personal data. All files and scans are stored locally on your device.

The Application uses third-party services:

  • Google Play Services
  • Firebase Analytics
  • Firebase Crashlytics
  • Google AdMob
  • RevenueCat

These services may collect anonymized technical data such as device information, usage statistics, crash logs, advertising identifiers, and subscription status.

6. Updates and Modifications

The Developer may release updates, improvements, or bug fixes at any time. Continued use of the Application indicates acceptance of these updates.

7. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.

It may be terminated:

  • By you, by uninstalling the Application
  • By the Developer, if you violate these Terms or the app is discontinued

Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Application.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

The Developer does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free performance
  • Accuracy or reliability
  • Suitability for specific purposes

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data stored on your device
  • Issues caused by third-party services

10. Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Application.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
