1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Mobile Scanner ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

2. License and Restrictions

The Application is licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, distribute, or sublicense the Application
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the code
  • Extract source code or create derivative works
  • Use Developer intellectual property without permission

All rights remain with the Developer.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The Application offers optional subscription plans (monthly and yearly) that unlock premium features such as ad-free experience and advanced tools.

  • Payments are processed via Apple App Store
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
  • Pricing may vary by region and is shown before purchase
  • Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID settings
  • Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and ensure reliable access to premium features. RevenueCat may process anonymous purchase data to validate subscriptions.

4. Modifications and Updates

The Developer may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Application indicates acceptance of updates.

5. Data Storage and Privacy

Your privacy is important:

  • All documents are stored locally on your device
  • No files are uploaded to external servers
  • We do not access your documents
  • Uninstalling the app removes all local data

6. Third-Party Services

The Application uses:

  • Google Play Services
  • Firebase Analytics
  • Firebase Crashlytics
  • Google AdMob (ads)
  • RevenueCat (subscription management)

  • Usage statistics

  • Subscription status (RevenueCat)

We are not responsible for third-party data practices.

7. Advertising & Tracking

The app may display ads via Google AdMob.

  • Non-personalized ads may be shown by default

  • Users can manage ad preferences in device settings

8. Internet & Network Usage

Some features require internet access. The Developer is not responsible for:

  • Network issues
  • Data charges
  • Connectivity problems

9. Device Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring your device meets app requirements, including compatibility, storage, and system updates.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties.

The Developer is not liable for:

  • Loss of local data
  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Issues caused by third-party services

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time without notice. Upon termination:

  • Your rights to use the app end
  • You must delete the app
