1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Genius Scan – PDF Scan ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.

The Application is licensed, not sold, to you. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the code

  • Use the Developer’s intellectual property without written consent

All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of the Developer.

The Developer may, at any time:

  • Release updates or bug fixes

By continuing to use the Application after updates, you accept any changes automatically.

4. Data Storage and Privacy

Your privacy is important. The Application does not collect personal information, and all scanned documents and data are stored locally on your device.

  • ✅ No files are uploaded to external servers or cloud storage

  • ✅ We do not access or share your scanned documents

  • ✅ Uninstalling the Application deletes all local data

5. Third-Party Services

To improve functionality, stability, and analytics, this Application integrates the following third-party services:

  • Google Play Services

  • Firebase Analytics

  • Firebase Crashlytics

  • Google AdMob (for non-personalized ads)

These services may collect anonymized technical and diagnostic data, such as:

  • Device model, OS version

  • Crash logs, session durations

  • Usage statistics and Advertising IDs (AdMob)

AdMob may serve non-personalized advertisements. Users may control tracking and ad personalization through system-level privacy settings.
